Preventive Medicine Seminars

Dr. Mehmet Mahir Atasoy has been a faculty member in the Department of Radiology at Maltepe University since 2011. He continues his research in interventional radiology procedures, particularly non-surgical varicose vein treatment, non-surgical fibroadenoma treatment, and non-surgical cancer treatments, as well as breast cancer screening and early diagnosis. In addition to these efforts, our professor believes in the importance of preventive medicine to prevent illnesses and strives to draw the attention of both physicians and the public to this issue through preventive medicine seminars.

The seminar explains what can be done to combat industrialized foods, the capitalist healthcare system, and a lack of awareness, which threaten our health. He has also been conducting functional medicine training for physicians and other healthcare professionals since 2019. Wishing you all a long, healthy, and productive life,
